Mount Kimbie are the latest act to take the reins of the long-running fabric presents series. Their contribution, simply titled fabric presents Mount Kimbie, arrives on 31 July 2026 via fabric Records.
Early impressions are glowing. In a succinct appraisal, critic Kristan J Caryl described the mix as “flawless, unfussy fun” — a phrase that captures the duo’s knack for weaving together intricate electronics with an effortless, party-ready flow.
The fabric presents series has become a benchmark for curated club journeys, and Mount Kimbie’s entry promises to slot neatly into that lineage. Known for shapeshifting between post-dubstep, ambient and leftfield house, the pair bring a refined but playful energy to the booth.
